Kinderoo's Aims

At Kinderoos we aim to show our parents value and respect by keeping them well informed and involved in the setting. Where ever possible we will aim to consult with parents on the policies and procedures adopted by Kinderoos. (See Parent Involvement Policy)

  • Promotion of healthy food policy – Fresh home cooked meals.

To ensure that each child:

• is in a safe and stimulating environment that fills their day with fun, adventure and challenges to help them achieve their full potential.
• is given generous care and attention, because of our ratio of qualified staff to children, as well as volunteer staff and parent helpers;
• personal key person who makes sure each child makes satisfying progress together
• has the chance to join with other children and adults to live, play, work and learn
• is helped to take forward her/his learning and development by being helped to build on what she/he already knows and can do;
• is in a setting in which parents are kept fully involved in the child’s development.
