Fees

When you visit Kinderoos the manager will go through the fee structure with you. The cost per session decreases the more sessions your child attends.

We offer between 5 to 10 % discount (dependant on number of sessions) to children of parents employed by following sectors:

  • NHS
  • Education
  • Fire & Police
  • Heathrow shift pattern employee (must be based at one of the five terminals).

Sibling discount

- There is a 10% discount for each additional child.

National Education Grant

– If your child is aged between 3 years and 5 years you may be entitled to government funding towards the cost of your fees. Please speak to the manager for more information.

Childcare Vouchers through Employers

Kinderoos is already registered with Accor, Busy Bees, Care-4 and Sodexo for childcare vouchers. You can check with your employer to find out if they are registered and the company they are registered with. Once you inform us which company your employer is registered with, Kinderoos can then register with them as a childcare provider. For more information try the websites listed below.

Late collection charges

Please try to telephone us with as much notice as possible if you are going to be late to collect your child. We do not charge for the first late collection in each month provided the late time does not exceed 15 minutes.
